Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron (Choose the Visa Option) Switch/Solo and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling The prices shown below are per order and not per product.

Priority Delivery

For orders needed within 2-4 working days you should use the Priority Delivery option at only £6.95.

We aim to dispatch all Priority orders within two working days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the day that you place your order.

Please be aware that

  • This is NOT a Guaranteed Service
  • All orders placed after midday will not be processed until the following day.
  • The TV & Film Costumes may take slightly longer so please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery or call us for stock availability.
  • All delivery schedules are entirely dependant upon product availability.

If a product that you have ordered is unavailable we will endeavour to contact you, using the details provided by you (please make sure that your contact details are correct), with an alternative or the option to cancel your order in full. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will ship the remainder of your order to meet the delivery timescales. You will be charged only for those items shipped, and the cost of shipping.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

The prices on the website are shown as VAT inclusive. In the case of children's clothing, these are VAT exempt.

Privacy Policy My School Needs do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Returns Policy. To return a faulty product please email a member of staff at cs@sureshots.co.uk for return authorisation. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include your full contact information and order number if available with your return, and wrap the package securely.

IMPORTANT: We recommend sending the goods back by recorded Delivery. We will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to a credit card if the product is no longer available. .

RETURNING A NON-FAULTY ITEM. If you are not happy with any product you have ordered and received from ourselves, then you may return them to us within 7 days. We recommend using recorded delivery (as described above) for either an exchange, credit note or refund. If you choose to exchange the unwanted item for an exchange totalling higher than your original, then you will be liable to pay the difference. Postage costs do not constitute as part of the credit note.

All non-faulty returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. in original packaging with all relevant materials enclosed. Any non-faulty returns that are not received in this way will be sent back to you at your cost or held pending contact. You will be emailed regarding this status

No replacement items or credit notes can be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us
